BYDPH.org is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed or certified by BYD Company Limited, by BYD's Philippine distributor, or by any dealer.

Records kept here (service entries, readings, reports, custody records) are BYDPH.org community records. They are not manufacturer, distributor or LTO records. A digital handover on BYDPH.org is not a legal transfer of ownership, and mediation outcomes do not decide legal registration.

A dealer listing shows "verified authorized" only after BYDPH.org staff have verified it; community submissions and business claims never confer that status on their own.

Safety notices are labelled: Confirmed means confirmed authoritative information; Community-reported means members reported it and it has not been confirmed.

BYDPH.org is independent of BYD and its Philippine distributor.
